We will be hosting the wedding out of the Hotel Shangri-La, Bosphorus. We request that you stay at the Shangri-La for the duration of the wedding, from August 24-26, checking out August 27. Kindly make sure that your arrival schedule allows you to join us for the Welcome Cruise on the Bosphorus. We kindly request that you make your room selections using the link below by April 15th to secure the block rate.
Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul
The negotiated group rates are guaranteed for three nights, from August 24-26, checking out August 27. The negotiated group rates are also valid for 5 days prior to and 5 days after the wedding dates (August 21 through August 31), subject to availability. Negotiated group rates expire April 15.
Transport to all wedding event venues will be provided by us from the Shangri La, Bosphorus. We will host a full buffet breakfast at the Shangri La's IST TOO restaurant for 4 days (Sunday - Wednesday). We will also host an afternoon tea service at the Shangri-La for our guests to freshen up for events. Finally, our wedding guests will have 15% off all hotel services and amenities
Flights
Turkish airlines flies direct to Istanbul (IST airport) from most major cities in the US, including, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Washington DC, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta. Most of these destinations offer daily flights.
From San Francisco, we suggest flying on Friday August 22nd at 6.45PM on Turkish Airlines, to make it in time for the welcome dinner cruise.
Indirect flights are also available via United, Delta, British Airways, and others.
